Helix agitator
A Helix agitator is used for pastes products. The helix forces the producttransport vertical along the wall and reversed in the centre. Gronfa’s Helix Segment Agitator consists of multiple mixingblades with a connected pitch; this gives it the helixshape. This connected helix provides for an optimum mixingoperation.
The downforced pressure simplifies, in combination with a Gronfa Excenterpump, the emptying of the tank.
In the system, shown above, the mixer is assembled on a pneumatic support. It is also possible to mount the mixer fixed on a tank.
